1.  To provide support for International Student Grant recipients from 2011-2012

2.  To enhance communication among state and chapter World Fellowship Committee chairmen

3.  To organize materials and send communication to international student advisors at the Iowa colleges and universities

      and then select 2012-2013 recipients

4.  To encourage 2011-2012 recipients to send in semester transcripts to receive their grant money
